Learning the basics again. After my open heart surgery, it’s this team of professional therapists who are helping me to get back on my feet. The daily regiment of various physical therapy and exercises that target certain aspects of my recovery. The combined expertise amongst the tea is unparalleled. I have been dealing with “ Baby Face”, “ Mr. Subaru” and “Power Woman” and the rest of this highly talented team members contributes great credit to this highly rated facility. My gratitude is un-measurable for all that they cheerfully on daily basis.

The therapy team was great! They worked on all aspects of what was needed to regain strength. We especially enjoyed working with Jamal. He was great!!

My experience at Redlands healthcare has been amazing. I am very thankful for the rehab team. They really pushed me to my best potential, helped me build my endurance, strength, and balance. I really enjoyed the team making therapy fun. I hope I don’t have to return but if I do I would pick here.

Great rehab facility, always on top of all of their patients needs. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking at a nursing home in Redlands. The director Marilou makes sure that everything runs smoothly!

Over the past couple of years my father has been admitted for short stays with RHC, and I always get optimal care with them.The staff always remembers my father, and I am always greeted with a warm demeanor by (all staff). I want to thank Jesse, Allison, Brittany and Sara for all the great care they have provided for my father over these difficult years. The facility is clean, staffing ratios always look appropriate, and the food is a great quality. I would absolutely love when I would see the coffee and ice cream cart go around; my father’s eyes would light up. I noticed small things like ice cream and coffee would bring the residents together, giving them a sense of worth and socialization. Those things are important to me, as I am not always able to be there everyday. I want to thank RHC for always putting quality care above everything. I’m glad we chose them for our first stay, and I will continue to choose them for as long as care is needed for my father.

My experience at Redlands Healthcare has been a wonderful experience. I have been in the facility for about a little over three months and the facility has taken care of me with respect. The wound care department has done a wonderful job in repairing my foot wound. The physical therapy department has worked with me everyday and has kept me very Mobile. The facility is extremely clean. They have come to cleaned my room everyday. The nursing department has been extremely good and professional. I highly recommend Redlands Healthcare Center to anyone that is in need.

Well I would like to say that the staff as whole are true hero’s from admin ,nurses maint, cooks cleaning , I never experienced all of the people it takes to run this place they all work so are and they assist each other no matter if they are a nurse or not and from admin personnel to whom ever is employed here they will help out a patient they work hard there entire day and never complain or argue they are the greatest team together that I have been blessed to be in there care I would love to put all there names in here but I know that every last person employed here deserves a raise I would make sure not to lose not a single person I would gladly employ all of them if I could lure them away they are very loyal and they take pride in making sure patients are happy around the the clock they even have groups of students that they teach to be ready to fill in every where that medically trained personnel might be needed even the admin dir, is approachable and a good listener all of morning staff really gets this place and running all of nurses at front desk are part of a machine the therapy group is also ,along with cleaning crew all of nursing staff,secretary s this the best running nursing rehab that my parents or anyone would be blessed to recover at I’m thankful and very great full to have the opportunity to to experience this for a week thank all of u and May god keep you all and this place running for ever

I have been here a few times, it seems like I can’t get enough, this facility is great, I’ve always had a good experience. The therapy team has helped me so much physically.

Everyone on the rehabilitation team know what they’re doing. They’re really helpful and make you work hard to reach your goals. They come up with new activities and exercises that caters to each person to help with their individual goal. They’ve always got a smile on their faces and are personable, they bring joy to my day. I appreciate the work that they do.

The therapy department is wonderful. They have really helped in my recovery. They have helped me stand again in the parallel bars and progressed to a walker. I’m still in the process of getting stronger and with the rehab team I know I will achieve my goal of using a walker. Thank you so much, I really appreciate this wonderful team.

In physical therapy, the girls are very persuasive especially Tiwi and Ailene but they are my favorite. Everyone is great!

My name is Robert Taylor, I want to share my experience. The therapy group as a whole has helped me in my recovery. I had the opportunity to see first hand, the work that they do, not just for myself but for all patients. They work hard, getting patients up, getting them dressed, getting them walking again. They have a good attitude and enthusiasm for what they do. It’s inspiring to see the team put their best effort everyday and the care that they provide to patients. I’m in awe of their effort that they continue throughout the day and everyday, they all deserve a raise for the amount of work that they do. If it was up to me, I’d give them a raise, because I wouldn’t want to lose a team this great.

Redlands Healthcare Center is the best facility I have been in compared to other facilities the VA has put me in. Thank you to all the staff for the great care provided to me. This is a 5 star plus facility. I am an Army Veteran and I highly recommend all Veterans come to this facility, as it is very Veteran friendly.

My time has been nothing but great because of the rehab team. When I first started I needed a lot of assistance to get out of bed and get dressed. I am now walking, getting dressed, and using the restroom. The rehab team has truly made a difference in my life. I am going to miss Jasmine and Nay the most.

The therapy team was excellent, they were helpful in my recovery. Everyone on the team was so good and knowledgable. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me.

My mother was here after she broke her hip she couldn’t walk she could barely move and by the time she got discharged she was walking on her own this is a really really good place I love her being there they were so attentive so professional all the staff therapists and social workers I give you all a 10 out of 10 you were great thank you for all you did for my mother I’ll never forget this place ♥️

My mother stayed here for an extended period of time, and received a great level of care in the beginning. As time progressed, the quality of care between nurses and staff dropped significantly. There are great nurses here, and great staff members – however, the lack of overall care for my mother did not improve, and I’m not sure if that’s because certain staff members just did not care compared to others. I wouldn’t recommend this facility for long-term care.

The staff was wonderful, they were attentive and kind, especially my two ladies, Jasmine and Nay from the physical therapy department. I enjoyed my time in PT.

The therapy team has brought me a long ways in my journey to healing and walking.it has been tough trying to teach me I know, and the numerous times my prostetic leg needed adjustments at the office has slowed things down some.I do love all my therapy team they have been a great asset to my recovery. Though I know I have a ways to go to get to where I am comfortable in the Prostetic leg, and soon I will have a regular Prostetic leg that will improve my walking. I want to say that this is the best excellent the best therapy group I’ve ever seen. They take care of you. When I came into the facility, I could barely get up and now I can walk with the walker and I’m going home . The hospital is good It is very clean. If you called the nurse and ask her for something she’s right there as far as the therapy in the gym I have to give it a 10 way beyond the 10 it’s so good. I love this place.

Everyone is kind, thoughtful, accommodating, experienced, & skillful. In particular, the therapists are remarkable. No cookie-cutter regimens. Each session was tailored to my particular needs & abilities. Even on a day-to-day basis, changes were made to with considerations of stiffness, pain, etc. After only a few sessions, my strength & balance showed marked improvement. The time spent in session is invaluable.

Great job to the rehabilitation team! Jasmine, jared, nay, christian, ailene, jarmaine and perry helped me tons, hope you can see in person the work that they do for patients.

I was just released from RHC after 26 days. When I arrived I could not walk, nor could I stand up under my own power. Now I can. I considered 5 stars, but a few things kept me from going that high. Good stuff first: overall, the CNAs and aides who provided nearly all my care had a professional disposition and exhibited a good, caring attitude towards the residents. Sure, there were a few sourpusses, but the large majority of staff were very pleasant. Physical therapy, which I went in for, was great. Each of the therapists demonstrated a strong concern for the state of my debility. In particular, therapist Nay kept coming up with different activities which helped break the tedium of repetitive physical exertion. Halfway through my stay I suffered an unrelated medical condition that was quite distressing. The Facility arranged for me to be seen at Loma Linda Medical and provided a “chaperone” and transportation. The condition was resolved. But a few things detracted from my experience. The Facility was quite noisy at night. My guess is that most of the noise was generated by residents out and about in the hallway; but it also seemed that a lot of staff had not learned to use their inside voices. I slept very poorly. Meals were really a mixed bag. While I certainly did not expect restaurant-quality cuisine, most of it was pretty bland or, occasionally, kind of repulsive. Once in a while a meal was memorable. Getting medical care was problematic. It took much longer than it should have to address the unrelated medical condition mentioned above. A couple of times it seemed like I had to beg for Tylenol. Quibbles aside, I would recommend RHC. While I would not wish my 6-week experience on anyone (I should mention that I spent 2 weeks in Loma Linda Hospital following major surgery), if the need for rehabilitation arises, RHC was satisfactory.
